More about the trip type

Your sailing route

Flexible route planning

The route shown is a suggestion based on optimal conditions. The final route is decided daily by the crew together with the skipper - depending on weather, wind, crew wishes and current conditions. This makes every trip an individual adventure!

Day 1

Saturday

Where is the shopping list? On the yacht in Fethiye/Göcek, your crew and the skipper are planning your sailing trip eastward through Turkey. You'll need a few shopping tips for the provisions you'll be buying together in the early afternoon, between 2 and 4 p.m. Shopping is then done for the day. Check-in is after 5 p.m. In the evening, you head to the harbor. Just a light meal. Turkish cuisine is ideal for this. Over a glass of wine, you get to know the other sailors. Perfect!

Day 2

Sunday

The first sailing maneuvers. The first sailing strokes. Sailing in Turkey is fun. If you have no sailing experience, the skipper will show you the ropes. There are stops for swimming on the route from Göcek to the Gemiler Islands. You jump from the yacht into the crystal-clear water. What a dream! A few of your fellow sailors are interested in culture and go ashore on the island with its Byzantine church ruins.

Day 3

Montag

How cool is that? Your skipper asks you whether you want to head for the small municipal harbor in Kalkan Bay or stay overnight in one of the romantic bays of the offshore islands. That's something to think about carefully! But one thing is certain: no matter where you anchor, you're sure to be treated to a spectacular sunset view and a few sundowners on deck.

Day 4

Tuesday

You have anchored in Kalkan Bay. The day is young, and you take advantage of the calm harbor atmosphere to take a dip in the water before breakfast. Later, you sail a short distance from Kalkan Bay to Kas Harbor. Enjoy swimming all day long. Lie on the deck, deeply relaxed, and let your mind wander. Where better to do this than under blue skies and deep blue waters on the sea?

Day 5

Wednesday

Today's sailing trip takes you to a place from forgotten times. You will head for Kekova. The small island is now uninhabited. Your shore excursion takes you to the famous excavations of ancient Myra near Kekova. A thousand years ago, an earthquake destroyed the city and it sank mostly into the water. The ruins of the theater, the rock tombs, and a Christian chapel can still be seen today.
