More about the trip type

Day 1

Saturday

You have already met between 2 and 4 p.m. and started organizing the week. The plan is to embark at the port of Olbia/Portisco. Day 2

Sunday

Yacht briefing for the crew. Your skipper will introduce you to the basics on board. Everyone can lend a hand while sailing—even beginners! Then the sailing trip begins, with the Maddalenen Archipelago as your destination. You will anchor in the most beautiful bays and dive into the emerald green water. "Mooring!" is the maneuver in Cala Gavetta. You will be protected in the marina. From the deck, you can watch the hustle and bustle in the small harbor town.

Day 3

Montag

Arrivederci La Maddalena Gavetta! "Set sail!" You head for the north side of Sardinia. You dock for an excursion in Santa Teresa, the northernmost port on the island. A wild landscape surrounds the natural harbor. The town of Santa Teresa di Gallura towers above it. You walk up the small hill. What a view over the plazas, street cafés, and many small shops! It's worth buying a souvenir.

Day 4

Tuesday

You continue sailing towards Corsica. Your skipper will take you safely to your berth in the port of Bonifacio. Bonifacio is very busy and the harbor promenade is correspondingly lively. The steep alleys lead to the center, past a hint of seafaring flair, medieval architecture, and French lifestyle. You can enjoy the latter together in the evening while eating and celebrating. Today you'll be falling into your bunk late.

Day 5

Wednesday

Picturesque bays promise plenty of swimming fun on your sailing vacation. You'll find time to relax and unwind. Wonderful! You'll sail to the Lavezzi Islands off the southern tip of Corsica. The archipelago of about a hundred small islands and rocky reefs—mostly granite—seems somewhat rugged, but also fascinating.

Day 8

Saturday

When fellow sailors become friends: quickly exchange contact details, grab your things, and disembark. 9 a.m. is check-out time, so to speak. What you liked best about your sailing vacation in Sardinia was that you exchanged ideas after each day's stage – and not just about new sailing experiences. You all agree: sailing from island to island is simply the best way to explore the coast of Sardinia and Corsica.
